Scott and Walter Horn are the two original co-founders of IPO Boutique. Scott has been trading IPO's and Secondaries since age 15 and has 46 years of experience. Scott's education includes a dual degree from Northeastern University with concentrations in Accounting and Small Business, before going on to graduate school at The Richard J. Fox School of Business and Management at Temple University. After Fox, Scott was a corporate controller and MIS manager for a national corporation and founded an active hedge fund. Scott has been interviewed and quoted by more than 150 major domestic and international publications including The Wall Street Journal, Reuters, London Times, MarketWatch, Business Week, Bloomberg.
Jeff graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Journalism degree and a minor in business. After joining IPO Boutique as a senior research analyst in 2014, he became partner in January 2017. He has close to 15 years of experience in the stock market and has excellent familiarity with the IPO and syndicate market.
Prior to joining IPO Boutique, he worked his way up the ranks as a Sports Anchor. He has most recently worked with SportingNews.Com but prior to the online work, he broadcasted at the local affiliate level in Charlotte, NC, Myrtle Beach, SC and Mason City, IA. Jeff's attention to detail and quality of work has won him multiple state and regional-level awards.
Jeff grew up with an old-school market philosophy but understands that an investor's greatest asset is adapting with the times.
Daniel graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Retail & Consumer Science. The degree is considered an “entrepreneurial” degree and is accustomed to working directly with consumers to meet specific needs . Prior to joining IPO Boutique he spent 12 years as an owner of three franchises of the popular restaurant chain, Jimmy Johns. For the last decade, he also was a ‘jack-of-all-trades’ with a Tampa-based computer, audio & video small business.
Prior to his business work, he was a professional baseball player in the Detroit Tigers organization.

Kristi earned a Bachelor of Science degree at West Chester University in Pennsylvania. Her professional experience has primarily been in healthcare administration and financial case management. She has also been involved in the start-up and operations of several independently owned businesses.
Sue graduated from Washburn University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry along with Minors in Mathematics and Physics. Her stock market activities began in junior high school, when she bought her first shares of stock. Sue has very broad and diversified business experience.
Dave has extensive experience in creating, analyzing and maintaining mission critical real-time database applications. He was the first employee of EDGAR Online, Inc., where he also served as Senior Product Manager and Vice President, Operations and Director of Customer Support. Dave was Senior Vice President, Operations for CVR Marketing, Inc., servicing clients in retail, travel, and fashion. Dave is a Microsoft Advertising Accredited Professional. Dave holds a Master Certificate in IT/IS Project Management from Villanova University.
