IPO Pricings – Ramaco Resources, Kimbell Royalty, IC Power

Ramaco Resources (Nasdaq: METC) — ‘METC’ priced 6mm shares at the midpoint of the range, $13.50.

Kimbell Royalty Partners (NYSE: KRP) — ‘KRP’ priced 5mm shares at $18.00 — or $1.00 below the range.  The initial range for this deal was $19-$21.

IC Power Pte (NYSE: ICP) — According to the underwriter, IC Power has withdrawn its IPO citing market conditions. ‘ICP’ had been looking to price 25.9mm shares at $12-$15.
