IPO Pricings: 06.30.20 — Dun & Bradstreet & DoubleDown Interactive Set to Price IPOs for Wednesday Trading

There are two IPOs set to price Tuesday night for Wednesday trading.

Dun & Bradstreet Holdings, Inc. (DNB) priced 78.3mm shares (upsized from 65.75mm) at $22.00 ($1.00 above range) and will debut on Wednesday. The original size was 65.75mm shares with a $19-$21 range.

DoubleDown Interactive (DDI) downsized and lowered their range with a filing earlier in the week. DDI was expected to price 5.5mm ADSs at $15.60/share. Our sources state that offering has been postponed  due to market conditions.
