IPO Boutique comments on iHeartMedia Inc (IHRT)

7/15/19, 11:40am ET — iHeartMedia Inc (IHRT)  — IPO Boutique will not be providing coverage on the iHeartMedia Inc IPO as this is a “direct public offering” (DPO) and not a true syndicate transaction. This is, in part, because there are no true channel checks to be received regarding the deal. As well as no price range. This is the same way we treated the Spotify Inc (SPOT) and Slack Inc (WORK) direct offerings and how we will treat future companies that choose to go this route.
