Invitation Homes was one of three companies who set terms for an IPO on Monday morning bringing the total deal count for the week of January 30 to a total of five. The Blackstone Group owned ‘INVH’ is looking to sell a grand total of 77 million shares for $1.501bn if the shares are priced at the midpoint of the $18-$21 range. This would surpass the largest deal from 2016 as last year’s ZTO Express (NYSE: ZTO) raised $1.406bn.
