Handful of IPO set to Price Thursday night

Endra Life Sciences (Nasdaq: NDRA) — The offering is led by Dougherty & Company, Dawson James and is looking to price 2m shares at $5.00-$5.50. According to the Motif Investing site, this deal is now looking to trade on 2/3.

Jagged Peak Energy (NYSE: JAG) — Jagged Peak Energy downsized and priced $1.00 below the range. ‘JAG’ priced 31.6m shares at $15.00 and will debut Friday. The initial shares and range were:  38.2m shares at $16-$18.

JELD-WEN Holding (NYSE: JELD) — JELD-WEN Holding priced 25m shares at $23.00 — or the top end of the range.

Jounce Therapeutics (Nasdaq: JNCE) – Jounce Therapeutics upsized its offering and priced $1.00 above the range. ‘JNCE’ priced 6.36m shares at $16.00 and will debut Friday (1/27). The initial shares and range was to price 5.4m shares at a listed range of $13-$15.

REV Group (NYSE: REVG) – REV Group priced 12.5m shares at $22–or $1.00 above the range.

Visterra Therapeutics (Nasdaq: VIST) – Visterra Therapeutics did not price on Thursday night. As of Friday morning at 8:12am EST…the underwriters state that ‘$VIST is in day-to-day status. Visterra Therapeutics was looking to price 3.9m shares at a listed range of $12-$14.
