This past week zero IPOs debuted, zero updated terms and one new deals were filed. Here’s a look at the up-to-date active IPO pipeline.
With the fourth of July holiday falling on a Tuesday, the syndicate market was extremely quiet with zero IPOs coming to market and just two follow-on offerings. The upcoming week will mostly consist of past scheduled offerings which have failed to come to market. At this juncture, none of the deals on the schedule are attracting any significant street chatter. It should be noted that we will be keeping an eye out for Akcea Therapeutics (Nasdaq: AKCA) which was scheduled to come last week. This company “could” potentially adjust terms ahead of a deal in which the lead left underwriter, Cowen and Company, has stated that they will be looking to price sometime this week.
