AltheaDx, Inc (Nasdaq: IDGX)–   The underwriter states that this deal will now price Thursday night (2/5) in anticipation of a Friday (2/6) debut.

Asante Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: PUMP) – The underwriter states this deal did not price on Wednesday and “there is no timing” currently for the deal. The status of this IPO is now considered to be ‘Day-to-Day’.

Carbylan Therapeutics (Nasdaq: CBYL) – The underwriter states that the deal did not price last night. We are now classifying this IPO as ‘Day-to-Day’. There is no further information at this time.

Inotek Pharmaceuticals Corporation (Nasdaq: ITEK) – The underwriter states that the deal did not price last night and is to be considered ‘day-to-day’. There is no further information at this time.

Nexvet Biopharma plc (Nasdaq: NVET) – The deal priced $3.00 below the prevailing $13-$16 range. ‘NVET’ priced 4 million shares at $10.00 and will debut on Thursday.
