This week one IPO debuted (Ozon Holding). There were no IPOs that updated terms and at the time of this writing, four new IPOs filed.

Ozon Holdings plc (OZON), a leading e-commerce platform in the large, fragmented, underpenetrated and growing Russian e-commerce market, came public during the holiday week. OZON priced an upsized deal, 33.0mm ADSs, at $30.00 ($2.50 above the $22.50-$27.50 range) and opened at $42.30 for a gain of 41.0% at first trade.
