IPO Pricing – 1.15.2015: Patriot National & County Bancorp

Patriot National (NYSE: PN) prices its IPO below the prevailing $16-$18 range. Patriot National prices 8.3 million shares at $14 and will debut on the NYSE on Friday.

County Bancorp’s (NYSE: ICBK) IPO priced 1.18 million shares at $15.75. It was the full size of shares but priced below the prevailing $16-$18 range.
