Currently, their shares are traded on Nasdaq Copenhagen A/S, or Nasdaq Copenhagen, under the symbol ZEAL. The closing price of our shares on Nasdaq Copenhagen on August 1, 2017 was DKK 121.50 per share, which equals a price of $19.30 per ADS based on the DKK/U.S. dollar exchange rate as of August 1, 2017.

Ranger Energy Services, Inc. (NYSE: RNGR) is one of the largest independent providers of high-specification well service rigs and associated services in the United States, with a focus on technically demanding unconventional horizontal well completion and production operations.

Eastside Distilling, Inc. (NASDAQ: ESDI)  is an Oregon-based producer and marketer of craft spirits, founded in 2008. The stock currently trades on the OTC under the symbol $ESDI. Each share of their common stock is being sold together with a warrant to purchase one-half of a share of our common stock. Two warrants together are exercisable to purchase one share of common stock at an exercise price of $ per share (120% of the public offering price of the unit). The warrants will be exercisable at any time from the date of issuance through the fifth anniversary of the date of this prospectus, unless earlier redeemed.
