IPO Boutique changed it's status from a Sole Proprietorship to a LLC (Limited Liability Corporation).

It is with deep sadness that I must report that Walter Horn has taken ill and needs to take an indefinite leave of absence from IPO Boutique to concentrate on his health. He has been my partner since 2005 and he will be truly missed.

However, IPO Boutique never wants to miss a step and will always work hard to meet or exceed your expectations. So at this time let me take the opportunity to introduce a new addition to our company: Kevin Sullivan. Kevin will be our Information Technology Manager.
